What does PRE-ORDER mean?

- Every now and then we will make some of our products available for pre-order. This means they are not currently in stock. The date the product will be available will be listed in the product listing. If you order items that are PRE-ORDER and in stock products we will wait until the pre-sale items are in stock and then SHIP ALL ITEMS TOGETHER.

How long will it take to ship my items?

- As we are a small business our current processing time is between 3 and 5 business days. We will notify you via e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Do we ship worldwide?

- Yes!

Do we accept returns?

- Yes! Please e-mail us at hello@barxandboo.com.au and we will explain our returns process. Please note, if you change your mind we will only offer a product swap or store credit. You will need to cover the cost of the return shipping.
